Lost pearls!

A friend of mine called me after long gap of 4 month, I started conversation with hii!, but to my surprise, voice I heard back was male voice.  Person introduced him self as brother of friend. Then he told me that he had seen my missed call on the phone, and wanted to inform me if i am not aware that my friend   had ended her life some time ago.

  I was shell shocked.

Her smiling face surrounded me all around, I only remember her with smile on her face.

she was topper, had scored maximum in english all over india in class 12th, had won beauty contest in school and was runner up in same at inter school level.

Blessed with exceptionally well writing skills. Graduated from best collage of D.U. got trained in cinematography from Film and Television Institute of India again best in India. She had 56 th national award of best cinematography in her name, received by president.

Even after all this talent and qualities she had to take such step, unfortunate for us, and our system, which forces people to take such extreme measures.

Her info section from Facebook. Do check your self.

and National Award (Direction) for Voices Across Ocean (Shot on DV) Check out my YouTube Channel for 'Auteur' (completely self-made films) http://www.youtube.com/user/ShariquaFtii?blend=2&ob=5"

She had written three novel but could not see them publishing. She had genuine love for literature, language. She deserved to spend few more days, anyway, I am sure where ever she is now she must be happy, and better then what she was going thru, as world is getting better and better.

with time, slowly....like always life grips us back into its important or unimportant details, and we get lost in work or  get busy ....

it moves on...without realization that we had lost one more pearl!

nice article as always.

Is it a co-incidence that people talented and humane like this only, leave world early, not the usual types.(though the reverse may not be true, but still ..)

but, apart from this saddening incident; whether the life itself is as important as we think, when seen on a cosmic level.
