Paradox of good society

We don't want people who do not value money and time. As such people who have no value for these can spare them in abundance for their benefit. Having zero care for  money implies a person can break law, pay fine and walk away or can spend indefinite time in jail but will not be afraid of breaking law. In reality such person can never be punished, as person does not see it as punishment. We get hurt or punished only when decide to. If we fall in trap of money we get hurt and punished as it pinch us. So too much money  and time can also make person detach from it which is again danger.
I may jump traffic light, pay fine and walk away, but paying fine won't stop me from jumping traffic light. Thus such fine also has no meaning. If something does not pinch us, we are free. SO people should not be free from desire of money or living extra years, a detached person who is free from these are dangerous and is not common man. For smooth function of society, system demands common fearing people and not brave and detached ones.

And nature of power is to get corrupted, thus we will find more braves ones are breaking law, and week are the one following it.

Strong stable social system is formed by common man and not by  brave ones.
